Delivery and Returns Policy


Thank you for shopping with Z&M.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with every Z&M product.  If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days from the date of purchase.  To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

Items are unused and unopened and in the same condition that you received them

In case of protein powders and vitamins, items must have the original container seal intact

Items must be in original packaging

Proof of purchase exists for items to be returned

Items not Eligible for return are:

Used or damaged items

Items which were on sale or available on special offer

Items where the original container seal is damaged or missing

Items not returned within 14 days of purchase

Refunds

Once your returned items have been received and inspected, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. While we will initiate any approved refund immediately, the time taken for your credit card to be adjusted is dependent on your credit card issuer’s policies.

Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours. Refunds will be made back to the original method of payment. While we will initiate any refund immediately, the time taken for your credit card to be adjusted is dependent on your credit card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have received a refund, the cost of shipment will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
